This Month’s Featured Guest:

Karin Felker Harris
Karin Harris is a passionate artist whose love for Art and Nature began in her youth. She earned her BFA from Southern Oregon State University and has spent over 45 years as a studio and plein air painter in the Pacific Northwest. Throughout her career, Karin has owned a gallery in Portland, Oregon, and taught at Marylhurst College and various art centers. Her artistic journey has taken her to Europe, Santa Fe, and Mexico, where she painted outdoors in culturally rich areas. In the past seven years, she has been active in Southern California, participating in juried shows, teaching, and exhibiting in local galleries.
Karin’s story revolves around taking time to slow down and appreciate the beauty around us. She encourages her students and colleagues to embrace the dance of light and color in Nature and all around us.
