🌿 Featured Guest – Champion of Freedom: Dr. Hanna Denny 🌿
Guiding Women from Grief to Purpose, One Healing Step at a Time
We are honored to spotlight Dr. Hanna Denny, a transformational coach, healer, and radiant beacon of hope for women navigating the devastating loss of a spouse or life partner.
After her husband passed away from cancer, Hanna found herself lost in the shadows of profound grief. For a time, she questioned if light—or purpose—would ever return. But what emerged from that darkness was not just survival but transformation.
Drawing from her own experience and her deep well of expertise in holistic healing—including Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Hypnotherapy, and Rapid Transformational Therapy—Dr. Denny helps midlife women rebuild their lives from the ground up. Her journey is living proof that heartbreak can be the beginning of something powerfully new.
“Grief didn’t silence me. It opened a doorway—where nature helped me rediscover my voice and my mission.” – Dr. Hanna Denny.
Today, she leads women aged 45–65 through a sacred path of emotional, spiritual, and financial renewal. Through her online sanctuary and private sessions, Hanna empowers others to move forward—not by “getting over” their grief, but by growing through it. Her work is a gentle yet firm reminder that you can honor your past while creating a soulful, joy-filled future.
